Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery of projects.

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure ongoing communication and alignment.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users as required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in the use of industry-standard business analysis tools and techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
