As a Technical Manager for this organisation, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overall day-to-day management of site functions, pulling multiple teams together to ensure on time, on budget delivery of products and systems.
• Ensuring that all teams have the resources they need to perform.
• Continuously improving processes, systems and culture within a targeted environment.
• Feeding back to Senior Management.
• Accountability for site safety, man management, quality, volume of production and cost.
• Any other projects and duties as required.

To be considered for this exciting leadership role you will have/be:

• Significant, solid, and relevant experience within Engineering.
• A demonstrable track record in improving efficiency.
• The ability to communicate at all levels.
• A calm, confident approach to leadership.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
• Experience working across multiple functions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Examples of improvements you have made operationally.
• Able to demonstrate handling multiple projects at once.
