Your new company is a bluelight organisation based in Liverpool.

Your new role
Your new role as Construction Project Manager will require you to oversee a mixture of capital construction works with values ranging from £4m to £40m.
This client side position will require you to develop a brief and manage all subsequent RIBA stages through to completion and handover.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need a strong background in a similar environment/role and ideally will be APM, MCIOB or MRICS qualified.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary and the possibility of extension after the initial 6-12 month period. There is the potential for a permanent position.
