We are currently working with a leading residential developer who are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their Technical department. The Technical Coordinator will be working on Traditional build residential developments, timber frame experience is also beneficial! Working alongside the Technical Manager you will cover multiple developments around the Kent region.

You should have experience working for a Housebuilder on residential led schemes.

  • Collaborating on the planning and execution of residential development projects.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among various technical teams involved in construction, engineering, and design.
  • Ensuring that projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and obtaining necessary permits
  • Managing technical resources, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Overseeing the documentation of technical aspects, including blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction work and materials used in residential projects.
  • Managing project time lines to ensure timely completion of residential development projects.
  • Communicating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the development process.
  • Collaborating on budget management, ensuring that technical aspects of the project stay within financial constraints.
