• Develop and execute robust project plans, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery
• Work hands-on in solution design, testing, user training, and documentation

? Proven experience managing complex software development projects
? Strong business analysis skills, with expertise in requirement gathering
? Ability to manage budgets, estimates, and financial tracking

? Experience with project management frameworks (Prince2, ITIL) and tools like JIRA
? Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills
