What you'll be doing:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the financial advisers.
- Prepare and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage and update client records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports and financial plans.
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and other third parties to facilitate smooth communication and transactions.
What you need to apply:
- Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
