About the Technical Manager job

The purpose of your role will be to control food site safety and product recall / withdrawal, as well as being responsible for all Technical & Quality matters in the workplace, including GMP.

Key tasks

  • HACCP team leader.
  • Control of Site QMS.
  • Internal auditing, supplier and staff non-conformance.
  • Controlling trials for new products or variations of existing.

About You

You may already be a Technical Manager, but this would also suit a QA Manager looking to take a step up.

  • HND equivalent in Food Safety or relevant experience, HACCP level 3, Internal Auditing, Risk Assessments.
  • Food quality systems management, internal auditing, customer complaints.
  • Food hygiene principles and applications,
  • Leading third party audits, supplier auditing.

More details

The Technical Manager job is based in Devon and is paying £40,000 - £50,000 according to your experience.

The working hours are Monday - Friday / 8.00am - 4.00pm but with some flexibility.
