Technical Product Manager - Birmingham - £65K
The company
Oscar Technology is partnered with a wholesaler that is at the beginning of their digital transformation. The successful candidate will be looking after the websites, with a Product roadmap for everything to be replaced in the company years. They are looking for an experienced Product professional, with a technical background due to the amount of collaboration with the Development team.
The role
The role includes managerial responsibilities of Business Analysts, contributing to the Product strategy for the website, as well as working closely within the Leadership team to ensure the Product is sufficient for use by customers.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 4 years' experience leading a Product team, being responsible for owning the roadmap and delivering this.
- Technical background and understanding - specifically PHP and SQL.
- Managerial experience, leading both colleagues and projects.
- Experience working on Digital Products (such as web based) would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder manager skills - working within the Product leadership team and often meeting with stakeholders from the wider business to understand requirements.
The office is based in the Birmingham, with the requirement to attend the office twice per week.
