Technical Event Manager/Producer

Hybrid Working (2-3 days in the office) - Small Team with Flexible approach - A fantastic opportunity to join a varied production agency delivering events on behalf of agencies and end clients.

THE ROLE
 

This is a varied role working simultaneously on a wide range of projects from brief to completion. Responsibilities will include:

• Be part of the briefing process to determine key deliverables
• Liaising with clients on their requirements throughout projects
• Developing event plans, timelines and budgets
• Preparation of production schedules and kit logistics
• Creating proposal documents
• Supplier management
• Onsite oversight of set up and break down
• Production and crewing logistics
• Supporting with developing content
• Ensuring H & S policies are met

THE CANDIDATE

This role will suit someone who has a keen interest and passion in production and/or technical delivery although strong technical knowledge is not essential. This agency are open to varying levels of candidate from someone enthusiastic to advance their career in project management to a seasoned professional with expertise to offer. You will be a confident communicator, a team player and eager to grow with the company.
