QL Controls, a European company from HVAC industry is currently opening a vacancy of a Technical Sales Representative in Great Britain. Perfect Candidate will be responsible for advising new business partners on technical, sales, and promotion matters as well as providing technical consultation and sales support on ENGO products.

Technical Sales Representative

Location: Great Britain

(Self-employed, out-of-office work)

We offer 40’000 - 60’000 GBP, the salary given is the net salary.


Tasks of the person holding this position will include:

  • Provide new Distributors’ employees with technical trainings, advice, and sales support, optimizing their orders and extending their product awareness
  • Technical support and service consultation for customers and installers in the Distributors’ locations, shops, building projects
  • ENGO brand promotion by organizing technical trainings and spreading technical knowledge about products implementation, installation, and products line variety
  • Monitoring the activities of competitors
  • Meeting periodical sales target goals
  • Assistance in sales-related issues, getting and trucking customers’ orders, managing customer accounts and claims

Our Perfect Match is a person with:

  • High level of responsibility and self-motivation, able to organize its own working schedule
  • Problem-solving skills and approach
  • Proven track of records and at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Technical Sales & Technical Customer Support ideally in the HVAC industry or other engineered products offered to Distributor's network
  • Experience in organizing and leading technical seminars, and trainings for groups of people
  • Experience in selling a HVAC or Plumbing & Heating or electrical or technical products
  • Experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, and business negotiations
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
  • Experience of demonstrating technical or semi- technical products in advantageous i.e. UFH / heat pumps / boilers would be an advantage
