Your Opportunity
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will:
- Develop and drive sales activities in the Southwest and Wales territory.
- Introduce and promote new products while maintaining existing business.
- Seek new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the UK Sales Manager and the team on business development.
- Implement marketing plans and provide competitive pricing insights.
- Create and deliver compelling customer presentations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional character, commitment, and sales skills.
- Participate in regular training sessions and UK sales exhibitions.

Who We're Looking For
- A scientific background with a degree in Microbiology and hands-on laboratory experience in clinical microbiology.
- Preferably, prior IVD sales experience; however, commercially savvy clinical microbiologists are also welcome.
- Strong project and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
