Technical SEO Executive

I am looking for a Technical SEO Executive for a thriving agency in Canterbury. The ideal candidate will be skilled in executing on-page SEO optimizations, internal linking strategies, and conducting backlink audits. If you have a knack for local SEO strategies and are proficient with various SEO tools, I want to hear from you! This company offers hybrid working. 

Day to day of the role:

• Execute on-page SEO optimizations to improve site ranking and visibility.

• Develop and implement internal linking strategies and conduct backlink audits.

• Identify and execute local SEO strategies, manage citations, and optimize Google My Business accounts.

• Perform thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategies.

• Collaborate with development teams during site rebuilds and migrations to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.

• Attend client meetings to discuss project progress, audit results, and research tasks.

• Utilize online tools and software such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Dev tools, LightHouse, PageSpeedInsights, GTMetrix, GA4, GTM, Majestic, Moz, Google Ads Planner, and Hotjar.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Technical SEO and on-page optimization.

• Familiarity with local SEO strategies and managing Google My Business accounts.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Experience collaborating with development teams on site rebuilds and migrations.

• Excellent communication skills for attending and contributing to client meetings.

• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Google Search Console, and others listed.
