Location: Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire
Contract: Permanant/ Full time
Salary: A starting salary of £20,000 rising to £22,000 per annum after successful probation (six months).

Overview

The role will be based in our offices at Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire.
As a Tech Services Support Engineer, you will assist with technical support via the telephone, upload software via production, evaluate and repair laptops and also RMA returns.

We are looking for individuals who can:

  • Install and test software for Windows and Apple Mac machines to a high standard?
  • Repair laptop machines?
  • Ensure quality control?
  • Make hardware adjustments to computer systems.
  • RMA returns
  • Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers.
  • Comply to H&S and ISO standards?

Do you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills?
  • Ability to think critically and logically?
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing environment?
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software?
  • Experience?
