Location: Commutable to Reading (hybrid working)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

Benefits: Pension & 25 days annual leave

The role of the Technical Support Engineer - HVAC Products will involve:

• Pre-Sales Engineer position providing technical support to sales team, contractors and M&E consultants for all queries relating to HVAC products such as:AHUs, fan coils, chillers and heat pumps
• Offering support to the sales team in order to generate accurate quotations and specifications
• Responding to pre-installation questions from the client
• Liaising with factories, technical, contracts and sales team’s on a regular basis
• Sizing of residential heat pumps whether whole house or room by room
• Attending regular product training to stay up to date with the company’s product range

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer - HVAC Products experience with:

• Must have technical knowledge of HVAC products
• Knowledge of AHUs, fan coils, chillers and heat pumps would be highly advantageous
• Ideally will have a qualification in refridgeration / air conditioning
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office & CRM systems)
• Full UK driving license
