Technical Support Engineer

This role is to ensure customers enjoy long-term satisfaction with our innovative products and services. This role involves direct engagement with customers to understand and meet their evolving needs, driving continuous improvements, and implementing modifications to enhance product performance and service delivery.

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and ensure product and service satisfaction.
• Implement design changes and modifications to existing products to meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update design and manufacturing data to preserve equipment capabilities.
• Participate in fault investigations, process improvements, and bid preparations, ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Manage minor enhancements for compliance with new safety regulations, cost reduction, and obsolescence management.

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in engineering design and manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to unique product delivery.
• Proficiency in CAD tools.
• Engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Positive Customer focused attitude.

• Experience in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor.
• Proficiency in technical report writing.
• Knowledge of various engineering design methodologies.
• Experience with certification and testing processes.
• Valid passport for potential travel requirements.
