Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a technical support executive to work for a fantastic engineering company. The candidate’s main responsibility will be to provide technical help to customers both on-site and office-based.

The candidate will need the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions. Apply common sense and understanding. Be able to understand and liaise with customers/engineers in the expected manner.

Key Responsibilities - Technical Support

  • You will have a good understanding of all Monitoring and Controller products on site
  • Give initial technical support to both internal and external customers including site engineers.
  • You will identify when and if the product is faulty and ask for a site visit or replacement parts.
  • Create or amend product documentation or request that it is updated where necessary.
  • Attend the customer’s offices or site locations when required.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as requested by management.
  • Work within company Health & Safety guidelines
