Technical Support Specialist

Overview: Kickstart your career in technical support with this exciting opportunity! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in the field. You'll receive hands-on training and support to develop your skills in CAD, specification writing, and providing technical assistance on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn to provide technical support for customers and sales teams.
  • Assist in creating CAD drawings and contributing to project documentation.
  • Help in writing and approving roofing specifications under guidance.
  • Work with the marketing team on technical content for various materials.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and report updates.
  • Support the management of third-party product inquiries.
  • Gain experience in offering on-site technical assistance.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong desire to learn and develop in a technical role.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn Office and CAD software.
  • An interest in building regulations, construction, and design.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and manage multiple tasks.

No Prior Experience Required:

  • Ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a keen interest in construction and technical support.
  • Training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow in this role.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn to climb ladders and use on-site access equipment.
