Technical Support Specialist

Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for technology? We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our client in London. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and partners to support the implementation of innovative new features. You'll gain deep technical expertise in the platform, work on cutting-edge projects and develop skills in issue resolution for financial institutions.

Key Qualifications

  • Effective team player with exceptional communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn new things
  • Technical background with programming skills preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of iOS app development & software development, with swift or objective-c language beneficial.

Please note: This is a inside IR35 contract, hybrid working with 3 days per week in the London office and an initial 12 month contract.
