You could be part of our dedicated team, that is using technology to help people remain in their homes for as long as possible.

As part of our Technology enabled Care Service, you will ensure our customers are confident, engaged and satisfied with the service.

Your role will assess the customer's needs and prescribe the 'best fit’ technology solution to maintain or improve their health, wellbeing, and independence. You will engage with professional support workers, develop relationships sand promote our services.

You will be working alongside our health care and social services to deliver first class Technology enabled Care Services.

We are looking for someone who is inquisitive and resilient, has excellent organisational and communication skills and deals sensitively with difficult situations in a calm manner.
