Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Legal Secretary to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a 12m FTC at their London. In this role, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to firm lawyers in the Technology & IP Transactions practice area, and ensure smooth operations and maintaining confidentiality of client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise firm's computer systems and software applications.
  • Create, spell check, edit, and proofread documents.
  • Transcribe from handwritten materials and dictation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements.
  • Maintain e-filing and records management systems.
  • Prepare legal documents and support partners and lawyers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' legal secretarial experience.
  • Excellent English language and grammar skills.
  • Ability to transcribe at 70 wpm.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
