TechOps Support Lead - 6 months - Fareham / Remote
This role serves as lead for MDM Device management, including compliance and policy in coordination with Global Desktop Engineering team. Additionally, this role will lead operational support as primary point of contact for retail application and integration issues providing continuous improvement to ITSM processes to ensure business compliance and continuity.
Skills and Experience
- Desktop Engineering: experience with Microsoft and iOS enterprise tools (Intune, NextThink), and compliance requirements including policy maintenance
- Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac Operating Systems
- Experience with Retail POS applications and integrations
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Experience with overseeing and executing device management on enterprise scale (Workspace One)
- Experience with ITSM and enterprise service desk tools such as Service Now
- Experience with monitoring systems (some examples being Splunk, Meraki, NextThink)
- Experience with automated testing, test scripting
- Experience with Data Analysis and Database admin knowledge and queries (SQL)
- Experience with Access Management and VDI
