Job Title: Telco/Unified Communications Account Manager

Location: Bristol - Hybrid

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + £10,000 Bonus

Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Our client, a leading provider in the telecommunications and unified communications sector, is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to manage their small to medium-sized customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of small to medium business customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional services and solutions within existing accounts.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in account management within the telecommunications or unified communications industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and negotiate effectively.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
