Telecom Business Analyst & Process Designer

Salt Recruitment is partnered with a leading, global Consultancy that requires a Telecom Business Analyst & Process Designer. This is a fully remote, 6 month rolling contract that is INSIDE IR35. ASAP start.

To be considered for this post you must be from a Telco background (Wireline/Wireless experience both are fine). You need to have at least 5 years working as a BA in this industry.

Ops Readiness PM and BA Scope:

• Collaborate with O&E to define delivery approaches and team involvement, considering Engineering's deployment rules.
• Collect inputs from variousDIOworkstreams to create instructions for O&E teams, focusing on:
  • Inventory: Documenting new racks, equipment, and services.
  • Activation: Establishing provisioning approaches.
  • Connectivity (MOSS/DCN): Ensuring access to devices for configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Assurance: Monitoring alarms.
• Develop support, testing, and training materials, organizing process trials and distributing new guides.
• Compile system requirements for manual workarounds for Phase 1.

PM and BA Scope:

• Work with O&E teams to define ad hoc delivery and assurance models for each country.
• Ensure alignment across various teams withinterdependencies (O&E,DIO, Procurement, Finance, Legal,CCO):
  • Guarantee timeline alignment.
  • Track interdependencies and risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Define system requirements for configuration changes due to new locations.

BPAs Scope:

• Collaborate with O&E functions to design processes supporting manual workarounds and IT system changes.
