Berry recruitment are currently looking for telemarketers to support one of our prestigious clients.

The role is office based.

We are looking for hybrid workers, Monday - Wednesday in the office based in Birmingham city centre and then Thursday and Friday working from home. Hours of work are 8:30am-4:30pm.

The roles/responsibilities:

  • Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
  • Answer questions about product specifications
  • Book appointments with relevant prospects
  • Complete data cleansing activities
  • Carry out marketing research into various industries
  • Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups
  • Accurately and efficiently enter prospect details into the company database

Berry recruitment are looking for people with the following skills:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and inter personnel communication
  • Good quality of English language and grammar
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Time management skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS word, Excel, Outlook and access planning
