Telephone BDM- Hybrid- London/Home

Salary - 40Kpa-45Kpa

Hybrid role with set Hours- Mondays and Fridays at home, Tuesday-Thursday from Mayfair, 9am-5:30pm.

Bonus Potential- quarterly bonus, c 30% of basic, although it is uncapped, so you can earn 50% of your salary on top

Candidate

  • Working alongside a team of BDMs, you will be targeted at bringing new cases in, from brokers and intermediaries and occasionally direct clients, such as developers.
  • Being the voice of the company, you will speak with brokers, educating them on the lender's products and proactively asking for cases to work on.
  • Arranging face-face meetings for the field based BDMs
  • Creating warm leads for the senior BDM team
  • Proactively distributing news of new products as they hit and creating a buzz about them in the market
  • Attending expos and awards ceremonies, as part of the friendly and inclusive sales team
  • Establishing and maintaining a good rapport with intermediaries, managing a diary to repeated contact potential clients

Requirements

  • A good understanding of bridging finance is a must
  • A proven track record of working within a bridging/ specialist lender
  • Commutable distance from London
  • A natural sales character, with a warm and dynamic approach to calling clients
  • A 'dynamite' individual who works well within a team and is looking for longevity and progression
