Positions Available

Full and part time positions are available. Our operating hours are 9 am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday. You can work whenever you want during those times, whatever suits you. These hours are variable and can be changed week on week, you decide.

Your role: 

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and driven individuals to join our growing telephone sales team. As a telephone sales agent, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to our existing customers to offer our historical and commemorative coins and medals. 

Key skills

  • Inbound and Outbound calls to our existing customers. 
  • Gain a competent level of knowledge to effectively describe products to our customers using proven sales techniques. 
  • Understand the customer’s needs and select the coins that compliment their collection. 
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a strong customer experience. 
  • Previous experience in sales preferred but not essential as training will be provided. 
  • Confident verbal communicator with good interactive discussion skills. 
  • Ability to overcome objections and remain motivated to achieve sales. 
  • Good organizational skills.
