Due to the ongoing success of our online IT Traineeships we are looking to bring on a bright Telesales consultant to add to our fantastic growing team. Telesales Consultant

Location: Work from Home (All computer and phone equipment will be provided to you)

Salary: £-24K-28K basic with realistic OTE of £40K-£50K

Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM

Annual Leave: 20 days + Christmas through to New Year + Bank Holidays

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Roles and responsibilities

Contacting applicants for our IT Traineeships, consultation with them to see If they will be suitable for our trainee positions.

Manage the CRM to a high degree of accuracy.

Hitting company targets and KPI’s

Answering inbound calls

The Successful candidate will have:

3+ years of a proven track record in Telesales

Experience using a CRM

Ability to use own initiative

A team player

Self-motivated

Ability to learn about products and services and convey the benefits to the applicants

IT Literate

Excellent level of English reading and writing
