Telemarketing Executive


We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. Your goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele. Hours of work will be 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-2:45 of a Friday, however this can be flexible.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers
  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
  • Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD.
  • Understand customer requirements and present solutions that meet their needs.
  • Record accurate customer information in a computer system.
  • Handle complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day
  • Skilled in negotiation and handling complaints.
  • Patient and results-oriented.
