What are we looking for in our Telesales Executives?

  • Strong people skills - you will be required to interact with a diverse range of people on a daily basis. A friendly telephone manner and great communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to easily work under pressure and time constraints to meet targets. Candidates must be able to handle challenging calls with resilience and confidence.
  • Competent computer skills - candidates must be able to navigate relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and effectively explain them to prospects.

Your telesales responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting warm/cold calls to select leads.
  • Working with growth teams to strategically identify and target leads.
  • Answering incoming customer calls to resolve issues and enquiries, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Matching or exceeding daily sales targets.
  • Keeping records of calls to facilitate future sales.
