Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 20 - 25 hours (Flexibility around Term Time can be offered)

Hours: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm (Flexible hours can be offered between this time)

The Role

As a Telesales Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business catering contracts for Seasoned. Through meticulous research, proactive outreach, and strategic planning, you will identify and cultivate potential opportunities for the Business Development Manager. They are seeking an individual who is confident, resilient, and motivated by achieving goals within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to uncover new contract opportunities utilising various databases and resources.
• Continuously analyse and understand target markets and competitors.
• Maintain an organised client database and implement effective follow-up procedures using CRM systems.
• Prepare comprehensive opportunity documents detailing contract specifics, client information, and relationship history to facilitate the tender process.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Seasoned products and services.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role and industry required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Outstanding telephone etiquette.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
