Job Title: Telesales Team Leader
Location: Cannock
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum


We are looking for a Telesales Team Leader for our client, a leading Technology Services business in the Cannock area.

As Telesales Team Leader you will be responsoble for leading and growing a small team of Telesales Executives, helping them to deliver strong leads, create opporturnitites and generate appointments for the business.

Job Duties:

  • Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, initiatives, and updates
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise sales processes and improve overall efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Previous experience in leadering and/or mentoring a team would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to analyse sales data and trends to make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

This role is office-based with regular working hours. If successful you can expect a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, along with pension and bonus.
