B2B Appointment Setter

Location: Kings Cross/Islington

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Overall purpose of the Appointment Maker:

Making outbound calls to companies promoting proposals and surveys by appointment setting to maximise new business opportunities.

Key Skills Required for the Appointment Maker:

• CRM skills
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Cold calling, sales prospecting and appointment setting into head offices and flagship premises
• Basic Computer skill Microsoft Word Excel Email
• Understand the sales process and able to work to achieve targets
• To route plan the field sales appointed activity through best practise incorporating internet maps and colleagues’ knowledge.
• Creating qualified high quality face-to-face meetings with prospective customers for the field sales and surveying team

We are looking for an experienced outbound sales appointment setter to become an integral part of the new business team.

The role is based in North London near St Pancras and will be office-based Monday- Friday 9-5

No one day is the same for our aftercare appointment setters and BDMs. Today it’s a new business appointment for a sports stadium, tomorrow an airport the next a corporate headquarters. You will receive a tailored training package. You will need first-rate sales skills, combined with a commitment to excellent customer service.

There is an opportunity to go on to become a business sales developer and account handler after an initial period of 6 months as an appointment maker for our surveyors and field sales and technical support team.

After a successful induction period, existing accounts will be transferred over for development as your progress and experience increases.

Skills required: Minimum of 5 years’ experience Appointment Making and CRM Management.

The role is expected to start as soon as possible and for immediately available candidates a temporary to permanent option could be offered.
