Temp - Stakeholder Liaison Officer

£16.20 per hour + holiday pay.

Week on week ongoing for around 3 - 6 months.

1-2 days in the Stratford office and 3-4 days working from home.

Our client is looking for a stakeholder liaison officer to join their fun, fast paced team. The aim of this role is to act as the primary point of contact, managing communication between MPs, Councillors, and Direct Maintenance, as well as other stakeholders as deemed appropriate and liaising with internal teams to ensure Reactive work is carried out the minimal impact.

Key Duties -

  • Accountable for the responses of MP enquiries, ensuring coordination of input from Direct Maintenance and other areas of the business as required.
  • Accountable for the drafting of high-quality MP enquiries, ensuring responses are in line with relevant performance indicators and standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for inputting councillor enquiries made to Direct Maintenance, sending relevant responses to Housing Management within the required timeframes. Ensure that MPs receive timely feedback on the progress and resolution of open complaints. Continue to monitor open complaints and provide feedback to the MPs as required.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders and partners, always demonstrating the Trust’s values.
  • Ensure own compliance in respect of governance and adherence to corporate and relevant statutory, regulatory provisions.
  • Maintain the necessary records and systems ensuring systems are up to date. Track and monitor open complaints relating to MP constituencies.

  • Able to demonstrate provision of high-quality administrative services in a demanding, customer-focused environment.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communications skills. Able to work collaboratively with others at all levels.
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional organisational, planning and co-ordination skills in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team.
  • Able to demonstrate advanced skills in all MS Office packages.
  • Experience of working within the social housing sector.
