Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Location: Ingliston (next to Edinburgh Airport)
Remuneration: £12.50 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary: ASAP - 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and provide assistance with general enquiries
- Manage quotes and ensure timely and accurate sending out
- Update live systems and maintain accurate records
- Book and coordinate contractors, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling
- Perform general administrative tasks as required

As a Temporary Administrator, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, dealing with general enquiries, managing quotes, updating live systems, and coordinating contractors. Training will be provided to ensure you have all the necessary skills to excel in this role.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Attention to detail is key as you will be managing quotes and updating systems.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
