Rayment Recruitment are currently looking for a temporary Chef de Partie to work in a well respected hotel in an ongoing assignment in Sawbridgeworth.

The successful candidate will be working as part of the catering team, responsible for the preparation and serving of meals to customers. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

The successful Chef de Partie will:

• Assist with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers
• Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
• Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed

To apply for this role, you must have the following skills & experience:

• Experience in a catering related environment.
• Own transport is preferred but not essential
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential
