We are working with a corporate company in Central London to secure a Temporary Corporate, Front of House Receptionist.

Our client is looking for an incredibly service driven and well-presented, experienced Front of House Receptionist to be based in their luxury offices in the heart of London’s West End.

Core responsibilities:

  • Delivering a superior meet and greet service to guests, maintaining the high standards of brand
  • Maintaining and embodying high-end reception standards at all times
  • Ensuring reception, lounge and guest areas are kept immaculate at all times
  • Building connections with our clients, creating meaningful and beneficial relationships
  • Taking ownership of meeting room bookings, managing the diaries
  • Ensuring adequate time for meeting room turnarounds
  • Handling all client email, phone, and in-person requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing guests and visitors with refreshments and assisting with any enquiries

Our client is looking for an individual with immaculate presentation and attention to detail, someone who will be a brand ambassador and a 1st point of contact for the company.

Our client is looking for someone ideally from a corporate background where they’ve delivered world class Front of House duties.

Shifts are varied: 08:00 to 13:15, 13:15 - 18:00 or 08:00 - 18:00

This role is 100% office based, and varying shifts will be made available on an ongoing basis, so this would suit candidates with other responsibilities that are available for ad-hoc work.
