As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from a customer base, providing support and assisting with any of their queries.

Client Details

Our client is well-established entity within the not-for-profit field and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Stockport team on an on-going temporary basis with the possibility of going perm.

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Answering calls and handling call-center type queries related to customer well-being.
  • Liaising with third parties to better support the customer.
  • Providing compassionate and empathetic care for our customers' overall well-being.
  • Updating CRM systems with accurate customer information.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience within a customer service based role (1 year or more)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for customer service and a desire to resolve queries through to completion
  • Demonstrable experience of working and delivering daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
  • Fully flexible to work different shift patterns across 5 out of the 7 days, 6:00am - 16:00pm, 13:00 - 10:00pm and then 10:00pm - 06:00am.

Offer of employment will be subject to a successful DBS check.

A Full UK Driving License is essential for the role.
