We are looking for an enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator to join one of our clients, on a 30 hour per week temporary basis. The organisation is a Central London based national body working out of a stunning Grade I listed building.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has varied Facilities administration experience with an operational focus. Flexibility is key - with the desire to gain hands on experience, liaising with clients, staff members and contractors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building inspections to ensure standards are met.
  • Assist with the arrangement and coordination access to the site.
  • Carry out inspections on fire equipment and other health and safety requirements.
  • Log requests to ensure the team are kept updated on all issues.
  • Administrative tasks as required.

You will be willing and keen, and looking for a new challenge where you will play a pivotal role in a small but busy facilities team. If you have 6 months or more generalist facilities experience and available immediately, then please do get in touch by sending us your CV.

To apply, please send your CV to Covent Garden Recruitment.
