The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking Temporary Finance Coordinator. This is for a period of 6 months. The role will involve ccoordinating the smooth running of their schemes and also will involve supplying accurate reporting information to various teams and departments. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from day to day plan administration, process review, data interrogation and continuous improvement management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily payout and plan administration
  • Managing dealer and manufacturer queries
  • On-boarding new dealer and manufacturer relationships
  • Manufacturer, dealer and ad hoc report creation and distribution
  • Stock audit analysis and follow up
  • Data review and interrogation
  • Process review identifying key data and continuous improvement concepts
  • Assisting with the facilitation of Wholesale projects


The Person:
For this role our client is seeking the following experience and skills:

  • Experience of working in a finance administration role
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Advance Excel skills preferable)
  • Ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part as a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident dealing with a variety of tasks and working under pressure.

The Location:

Basingstoke (near train station)

The Hourly Rate:

£13.30 per hour

The Contract:

6 months

The Hours:

8.45am to 5.15pm Monday - Friday
