Generalist HR Advisor - Temporary Role (3-6 Months)

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Generalist HR Advisor for a temporary assignment with one of our top Global Law Firm clients based in Liverpool Street. This role is to assist with an excessive overflow of workload and will last for 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the overflow of Graduate Recruitment tasks
- Organising seat rotations for vacation schemes
- Scheduling interviews
- Providing support on lateral recruitment initiatives, contributing to a range of hiring projects
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and HR data.
This role is based in the firm's beautiful London offices, with a requirement to work in the office 3 days a week and 2 form home. You must be available to start ASAP.
