Position: Temporary Residential Conveyancing Secretary
Location: Carlisle

Salary: £22,000 to £27,000

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary looking for a temporary opportunity to support a well-known high street solicitors firm in Carlisle? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
Our client, a reputable small high street firm, is seeking a temporary Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join their team immediately. This role will support the firm during a particularly busy period and is expected to run for a couple of weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting conveyancers with all aspects of residential property transactions
* Drafting and proofing documents, letters, and forms related to property sales and purchases
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth communication
* Managing and organizing files, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and accurately filed
* Handling incoming calls and correspondence, providing excellent client service
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Secretary is essential
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using conveyancing software and MS Office Suite
