Reed Business Support is seeking a proactive and organised individual for the role of Lettings Administrator. While previous experience in lettings or property administration is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. A full UK Driving License is required for this role.

Day to day of the role:
  • Support the coordination of property viewings and assist with marketing properties.
  • Complete general administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Engage with clients and tenants, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements and other related documentation.
  • Maintain and update property listings and databases.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in lettings or property administration is desirable but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Must possess a full UK Driving License.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
