Temporary Marketing Executive

Hays are supporting a manufacturing company based in Stowmarket, Suffolk, who are looking for a part-time Marketing Executive to cover a period of maternity leave from August to c. April 2025. This is a part-time role working 2.5 days per week.

Your new role
As the Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the Strategic Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness in the UK and overseas targeted markets. This will include but is not limited to:

• Producing weekly social media updates, including optimising engagement and working with the wider team to develop video content.
• Maintaining and updating the UK and Overseas websites, including product manuals and content, adding and distributing press releases and FAQ details.
• Working closely with the Graphical Coordinator to create short videos for product features & benefits, updating digital libraries and producing a "How to" series.
• Supporting dealer/distributor events with content generation and digital coverage.
• Updating templates with relevant content and co-ordinating translations for overseas websites.
• Organising content collateral transfer from the US and editing it for the UK/EU needs.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will need previous experience within digital marketing, including proficiency using Google Analytics and social media scheduling tools such as Sprout social. You will be a creative individual with excellent attention to detail. It is also key that you are available to start in August.
