?? The Role:

As a Temporary Payroll Implementation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's payroll implementation process. You will be responsible for attending client meetings, liaising with payroll providers across the EU, and updating Excel spreadsheets. Your expertise in VLookups, XLookups, and pivot tables will be essential as you collate detailed information.

?? Your Team:

You will work closely with our client's dedicated payroll team, collaborating to streamline processes and deliver accurate payroll results. Your team is passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring employee satisfaction.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in client meetings to gather payroll requirements.
  • Liaising with payroll providers across the EU to obtain necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets with accurate and up-to-date payroll data
  • Utilising VLookups, XLookups, and pivot tables to analyse information and identify trends.
  • Assisting the payroll team with various administrative tasks as needed

?? Experience:

  • Previous experience in payroll implementation or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups, XLookups, and pivot tables.
  • Prior experience managing large payrolls, particularly within EMEA is desirable.
  • Prior experience within HR desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

?? Contract Details:

- Contract Type: Temporary

- Start Date: ASAP

- Contract Length: 6 months initially

- Working Pattern: Full-time

?? Hourly Rate: £16.00 to £18.00
