Temporary Procurement Administrator- Grantham- £24k- Min 3 month assignment

Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with their well known and loved client in Grantham. We currently supporting them with the recruitment of a Procurement Administrator to join their small and friendly team on a temporary basis, working 5 days a week from their offices. 

Responsibilities

Process New Supplier requests from team members ensuring that the required paperwork is attached and forms completed as required.
Process New Grant Recipient requests from team members after the required paperwork has been reviewed
Carry out Due Diligence checks on new suppliers.
Request bank details from new suppliers
Send reminders to suppliers who have not responded to requests
Set up New Suppliers who have provided bank details
Update New Supplier tracker.
Record all Single Tender Approvals in the Supplier Tracker.
Issue Tender reference numbers and record these in the tender tracker.
File all Tenders, Contracts, STAs received in the procurement files.

Ideal Person

Previous experience in a administrative or procurement based role
People focused and self starter
Strong IT skills
