We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to carry out a 2 month temporary position based at a thriving business in Chesterfield. This is a great opportunity to utilise your purchase ledger skill set and have sole responsibility for the function. This role will offer hybrid work after training.
Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices
Organising payments
Allocating payments
Generating remittances
Checking purchase order numbers
Reconciling supplier accounts
General administration duties
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a purchase ledger function
Good IT Skills with a good working knowledge of Excel
Strong communication skills at all levels
Team Player
Able to prioritise own workload
