We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to cover sick calls and annual leave for various organisations across Cambridge. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy meeting new people, this role is perfect for you!
Key Details:
- Availability: Early morning calls from 7 AM
- Shift Patterns: 8 AM - 5:30 PM Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts available too
- Location: Various organisations across Cambridge
- Parking: All sites offer on-site parking ??
- Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Greet visitors with a warm smile ??
- Answer and direct phone calls ??
- Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus!
