Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate contacts
  • Handling mail and deliveries
  • Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
  • Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to temporary assignments across London
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office)
