One of my esteemed clients is seeking a temporary Recruiter to join their team as soon as possible. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading Events company in central London, offering a hybrid working model.

Role Overview:

As a Temporary Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by managing the entire recruitment cycle and onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting potential candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily recruitment activities to ensure the timely filling of open positions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless transition into the company.
  • Utilise various channels to identify potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Craft and post compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external recruiters to identify and secure top talent.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in recruitment is essential, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and execute recruitment strategies efficiently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain resilient under pressure.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
