Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Trust and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Tenancy Enforcement Officer      

Location:         Northwich, Cheshire – Hybrid working  

Rate:               £23.00 p/hour (Umbrella rate)

Hours:             37 hours p/week – no weekend or on call work

Length:            2 months on going  

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Working with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure tenants comply with their tenancy conditions
  • Receiving and responding to reports of anti-social behaviour and other breaches of tenancy conditions, other than rent arrears within a designated patch
  • Receiving and responding to reports of ASB, unacceptable property condition, untidy gardens, abandonment, tenancy fraud, unauthorised occupation, and other tenancy breaches
  • Providing help and support to complainants, victims, and witnesses in cases of ASB
  • Visiting new tenants after move-in and monitor the conduct of Starter Tenancies
  • Assisting customers in obtaining support and assistance in sustaining their tenancies
  • Working with Social Services and other agencies in relation to any Safeguarding concerns, by making referrals, providing written reports, and attending case conferences where relevant

The successful candidate must be able to start within short notice and have experience within doing a similar role previously
